When Google Chrome is your default browser, and you try to connect to a Lync meeting by using Lync Web App, one of the following user messages appears on your Windows-based or Mac-based computer.
A recent Google Chrome update disables the use of this particular plugin. It is recommended that you discontinue the use of Chrome and use either Mozilla Firefox/ Internet Explorer 11 on PC or Safari/Mozilla Firefox on Mac.
