Problem: When logging into Office 365, if you are only given the option to install Lync and no other Microsoft Office products, please check your Office 365 license.
- To do this, first log into Atlas
- Hover your cursor over the O365/EMAIL icon in the upper right hand corner and click O365 Email from the sub-menu
- Click the Settings button in the top right hand corner (the one that looks like a gear) then click Office 365 settings in the sub-menu
- On the lower left hand side of the page you should see a section labeled 'Software Install and manage software as shown below
A new browser window will open and present you with the current Office 365 licenses that are assigned to your account and the devices that have Office 365 activated.
If your screen does not look like the screenshot above and is missing the Install the latest version of Office section, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a screenshot of the Assigned Licenses section.
If your email address is in this format: email@example.com perform the following steps
Please see Microsoft's Mobile Phone Setup Wizard for setup instructions for your particular device. Be sure to select the option for Exchange ActiveSync
When following the steps, enter all of your information normally, and make sure to use your "@valenciacollege.edu" email address along with your Network/Atlas password.
If you're prompted for more information, you may need to use Manual Setup and enter the information below.
