Atlas Account is Locked

If you receive a message that your Atlas account is locked upon trying to log in, you can either:

  • Wait 30 minutes.  Your account will automatically unlock after this time period and you should be able to log in again.  This is the recommended course of action.
  • Contact the appropriate Help Desk.
    • Employee Help Desk - 407-582-5555
    • Student Help Desk - 407-582-5444

Your account will automatically lock if the wrong password is entered 3 or more times.  This can easily happen when you change your password if you have your password stored.  Make sure you update your stored passwords promptly when you change your password.
