How do I change my working hours on my Calendar?

In Microsoft Outlook 2007

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. Click Calendar Options.
  3. Under Calendar work week, in the Start time and End time lists, select the start time and end time of your work day. This is primarily used to check your free/busy time availability for meeting requests from other people.

 

In Microsoft Outlook 2010

  1. From  File, click Options.
  2. Click Calendar .
  3. Under Work Time, in the Start time and End time lists, select the start time and end time of your work day. This is primarily used to check your free/busy time availability for meeting requests from other people.
